Alcocks Shipping and Returns Policy
Your product will be shipped from our showroom in Melbourne. Orders are sent via Australia post to Australian addresses only. We understand shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive and have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are as good as they can be. For our larger items we will arrange shipping directly with the purchaser.
Your order confirmation email will include a unique tracking number. This number can be used to follow the delivery of your item on the e-Parcel link below:
Standard delivery times of 2-7 working days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.
We dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed.
Please note all prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
The upmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately email@example.com to discuss your situation.
Repairs, Warranties and Replacement
If a product is faulty please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org so as to authorize a repair or replacement. Any claim must be made within 48hrs of receipt of the goods.
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
- When it is faulty
- Wrongly described
- Different from a sample shown to you; or
- Do not do what they are supposed to do.
We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
