Family Tables
The Family billiard table is usually constructed with a fixed framework and a lighter slate bed than Traditional Tables. We call this construction the “Family Pool Table” because the overwhelming majority of tables in the domestic family setting are of this type.
All Family Pool tables come to you delivered and fully installed and are provided with a set of accessories.
Family Pool Tables usually come in three sizes
- 9ft – slate size – 9ft x 4ft 6in
- 8ft – slate size – 8ft x 4ft
- 7ft – slate size – 7ft x 3ft 6in
Our Family Pool Table range includes dual purpose tables, featuring a timber top for dining or other activities.
The Charlton
Designed in collaboration with Australia’s late great Snooker Player Eddie Charlton, the Charlton features an eight sided chamfered leg and a set of distinctive fascias on the Table framework.
The Charlton pool table presents near perfect playing conditions and comes with a generous kit of accessories, including items matching the Table.

The Commonwealth
Alcocks originally developed this model to celebrate the founding of the Commonwealth of Australia, 1901.
It features a well-proportioned turned tapered leg with Canterbury flutes and a plain framework with classic bolection moulding.The Commonwealth pool table presents near perfect playing conditions and comes with a generous kit of accessories, including items matching the Table.
The Premier
The Premier Pool Table – Near perfect playing conditions for the person seeking a strong but more compact load bearing framework.
The Premier features a simple turned leg surmounted by a square block which gives proportion to the style.
This Table design fits comfortably within varied types of Billiard Rooms, classic or modern.
With the Premier you can choose fittings in brass, bright chrome or brushed chrome.

The Federal
The Federal Pool Table – Near perfect playing conditions for the person seeking a strong but more compact load bearing framework.
The Federal has a simple turned leg. This Table design can suit a variety of Billiard Room styles

The Swanson Pool Table – Here we direct the focus heavily at achieving near perfect playing conditions with less emphasis on the Table as an individual furniture piece
The Swanson has a deep framework with a plain turned leg.
